By accessing or using the FPL Coach mobile application ("App") and related services provided by JoshuaKFuqua, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App or services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and JoshuaKFuqua, LLC, a limited liability company registered at 6522 Perryville RD, Danville, KY 40422, United States.
FPL Coach is a mobile application designed to assist users who play Fantasy Premier League ("FPL"). The App provides various data points, insights, analysis, and recommendations to help users improve their FPL team performance and results throughout the season. FPL Coach offers both free and premium subscription services:
Subscription fees are charged annually and billed in USD unless otherwise stated. Premium subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing to premium services, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the applicable subscription fees.
We do not store your credit card details on our servers. All payment information is handled securely by Stripe in accordance with industry standards.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new premium subscriptions. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your initial purchase. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

FPL Coach is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Fantasy Premier League, the Premier League, or any official FPL entities. We use publicly available FPL data and APIs in accordance with their terms of use.
THE APP AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Your use of the App is at your sole risk. We do not guarantee any specific results or improvements to your Fantasy Premier League performance.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOSHUAKFUQUA, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions may not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. If so, those exclusions may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JoshuaKFuqua, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms or other reasonable grounds. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by email and/or in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of Kentucky.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and JoshuaKFuqua, LLC regarding the use of the App and services. These Terms supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
